I am starting a little online thingy with my time here in Flagstaff, AZ. I hope it will be worth checking out. I got in town Friday and since have ran twice with the Northern Arizona Trail Runners Association (NATRA) people and hiked a few trails as well.

The trails out here are amazing. Trailrunner mag picked an accurate place for one of it's top trail towns in this month's issue. There is so much opportunity to train here. Anyway, just had to start somewhere so here it is!
